Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Craig Test website (craig-test.co.uk) and set out the basis on which we provide our scaffolding services. By using our website or engaging our services, you accept these terms.

Any prices generated by our online calculator are indicative estimates only and do not constitute a formal quotation. Final pricing is confirmed following a site survey and issued in writing. Quotations are valid for the period stated and are subject to site access, ground conditions, complexity and any required local authority permits.

We will carry out the agreed scaffolding works with reasonable skill and care and in accordance with applicable health and safety regulations. Scaffolding remains our property throughout the hire period and must not be altered, overloaded or interfered with by any party other than our authorised operatives.

The hire period and charges will be set out in your quotation. Extended hire beyond the agreed period will be charged at the applicable weekly rate. Payment terms will be stated on your invoice, and title in any works remains with us until payment is received in full.

You must ensure safe and reasonable access to the site for erection, inspection and dismantling. You are responsible for notifying us of any hazards, underground services or restrictions. Any damage to the scaffold caused by third parties or adverse events during the hire period may be chargeable.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the value of the works undertaken.
